Advantech Launches 15" Pentium M Industrial Panel PC
(Cincinnati, Ohio – 4/02/08) – The Industrial Automation Group of Advantech introduces the IPPC-6152A 15” XGA TFT LCD Industrial Panel PC with a 2 GHz Intel Pentium M processor. A front-accessible USB design, a DDR2 memory bus that supports up to 2 GB, a slim CD-ROM drive, and two PCI expansion slots, makes the IPPC-6152A one of the most feature rich HMI devices on the market today.
The IPPC-6152A is designed with a flat-sealed front-panel making liquid run-off maintenance much more convenient. The control box has the gull-wing design for easy component installation and maintenance. For user interface considerations, the front-access USB 2.0 port is NEMA4/IP65 compliant and makes front-access installation and maintenance fast and easy.
The IPPC-6152A has a super slim compact low voltage fanless design. With its NEMA4/IP65 front panel, it is resilient enough to resist the harsh conditions of any industrial environment. Additionally, the IPPC-6152A provides multiple standard communication ports (Dual Ethernet LAN's, and 5 x USB 2.0 port) allowing connectivity with a variety of peripherals.
